Free Admission Deals Available This Fall at Disney, SeaWorld and Legoland

The cost of visiting a theme park is perpetually on the rise, with price hikes, upcharges and more going into effect at major theme parks across the country. However, perhaps due to some attendance wobbles, it looks like some of Central Florida’s biggest theme parks are offering some free attendance deals this fall. Of course, these deals come with some conditions and not everyone will be able to qualify for everything, but if you’re visiting one of these parks this fall, see if you can take advantage of one of these offers!

    1. Free admission to NBA Experience for Cast Members and friends/family

Walt Disney World offers its Cast Members free admission to theme parks and a certain number of admissions for family and friends, but beginning on September 15th Cast Members will be able to take advantage of a new perk: free admission to the newly-opened NBA Experience.

Complimentary admission to the NBA Experience does not count toward a Cast Member’s allotted number of Main Entrance Pass theme park admissions, and Cast Members may redeem this offer once per day, as many days as they would like to visit before the end of the year.  Block-out dates may apply, but have not been announced yet. Guests of the Cast Member must be present when redeeming this offer at the NBA Experience ticket window.

Standard pricing for the NBA experience is $34 for adults and $29 for kids 3-9.

In order to take advantage of this offer First Responders must register here and be prepared to provide Identification upon request, and tickets must be used by October 31.

Children who visit Legoland Florida’s first Brick or Treat event of 2019 (which is happening October 5 and 5th and is included with regular park admission) can receive a free return ticket to visit Legoland Florida before the end of the year if they come to this event dressed as a pirate! This special ticket deal is only available for children and parking is not included with the free ticket.

    4. Legoland Florida offering free admission for active and retired first responders, law enforcement and more until the end of the month

Similar to the SeaWorld Orlando deal, Legoland Florida is offering free admission for First Responders, and 50 percent off tickets for up to four guests. However, this deal is a little more flexible than SeaWorld’s deal, as First responders can be active duty or retired, and do not need to work in the state of Florida. And in addition to police, firefighters, and EMT officers, this deal is available for the following government positions as well:

    – Corrections officers
    – State and federal law enforcement officers
    – Fish and wildlife field officers
    – U.S. Forest Service rangers
    – National Park Service officers
    – Homeland Security and TSA agents
    – Environmental protection officers

A valid employee ID or professional organization membership card must be shown in-person at the Legoland ticket windows on the day of the visit to gain entry and this offer is only valid through Monday, September 30.
