All Disney fans should know that if you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World then not only do you need a valid ticket for the day(s) of your visit but also a Park Reservation for every member of your party. In what appears to be a technical glitch, one guests has reported online that all their Park Reservations had mysteriously disappeared from their account.
Now, this is indeed a scary thought. Imagine having booked your Park Reservations months in advance only to get to the day of your visit to find that they are no longer in your account and the park is fully booked!
The particular guest in question had luckily thought to check their account a week before the visit to Walt Disney World so were able to contact customer support to get their Park Reservations reinstated.
Although this is likely to be a rare occurrence, we still advise all guests to take screen shots and photos of their Park Reservations at the time of booking so this can be used as proof when contacting customer support if needed if a similar glitch happens to you. This isn’t something you would necessarily expect to happen so it is important to be prepared and always check your booking a week/few days prior to your visit.
