It was announced back in October that the popular Universal’s Mardi Gras: International Flavors Of Carnaval is returning to Universal Studios Florida in 2023. The event kicked off on February 4 and will run through April 16, 2023. In 2021 Universal put on a scaled down Mardi Gras 2021: International Flavors of Carnaval which was so popular that it was extended twice due to demand.
Universal fans were surely excited to hear the news that this popular event would be returning and certainly looks to be another not-to-be-missed event with parades of spectacular floats on select nights and a whole host of flavors to sample from the bayou to Brazil and beyond. There is live music and also concerts on select nights.
Bioreconstruct has posted a host of photos on twitter to show what guests have in store from the parade which includes a unicorn float with a cascading water fall and soap bubbles as well as a very impressive sea serpent float
