UPDATE (April 29) – Universal Orlando Resort posted a tweet which officially says that bonus benefits for Annual Passholders are coming on May 3. It looks like current Passholders will get resort rates, exclusive dining locations and secret menu items and a brand new magnet. Further details are said to be released next week regarding these bonus benefits. The tweet is embedded below.

April 25 – There has been some exciting news which has now appeared on the Universal Orlando Resort Website regarding Annual Passholders. Bonus benefits are said to be coming soon! Everybody knows that Annual Passholders get benefits which often include hotel room and dining discounts but it now looks like Universal Orlando Resort are taking these benefits a step further. It now reads on the official website:
“Your Bonus Benefits Are Coming Soon – Like extra sprinkles and another cherry, we’ve got some fun in store this spring just for the UOAP family. Things like an exclusive entrance, hotel room discounts, exclusive dining locations and more. Stay tuned for more details!”
The perk that really jumps out is the “exclusive entrance and exclusive dining locations” which are not currently offered as part of the Annual Passholder benefits.
We reported on the annual price rise for the Universal Orlando Resort Annual passes back at the beginning of March meaning these are the current prices for Non-Florida Residents:
- Seasonal Pass – $399.99
- Power Pass – $449.99
- Preferred Pass – $499.99
- Premier Pass – $714.99
Florida Residents enjoy a discount on these out-of-state prices. The current Florida Resident Annual Passholder prices for 2022 are:
- Seasonal Pass – $299.99
- Power Pass – $349.99
- Preferred Pass – $399.99
- Premier Pass – $599.99
Passholders can currently save up to 30% off room rates at the Premier and Preferred hotels or up to 25% off room rates at the Prime Value and Value hotels. For further information about Universal Orlando Resort Annual Passes and perks visit the official website.
