    Tropical Storm Elsa Impacts Florida Theme Parks (Updated)

    Tropical Storm Elsa is working its way through Florida and as its effects are expected to be felt throughout Central Florida, theme parks are taking action to protect both guests and employees. Here is an updated list of all the impacts to regular operations thus far:

    • Walt Disney World has canceled the EPCOT Forever fireworks show for the evening of Tuesday, July 6th. 
    • Happily Ever After at the Magic Kingdom will be modified with reduced rooftop fireworks and no Tinkerbell
    • Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island will close at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 6 to ensure the safety of our ambassadors, guests and animals. At this time, the parks are expected to open at noon on Wednesday, July 7.
