As EPCOT continues its transformation there is a lot of work going on and with this comes temporary closures or locations moving from one area of the park to another.
For many guests, having their Starbucks fix is an important part of their day at their chosen Walt Disney World park. However, guests who are currently visiting EPCOT will be out of luck on this front because as of April 18, the temporary Starbuck’s location, Traveler’s Cafe, is now closed.
Do not fear though, hopefully guests will not have to wait too long to be warmly reunited with Starbucks as we are all eagerly awaiting the opening of the new Connections Cafe which will be home to Starbucks offering a range of its iconic beverages as well as Disney baked goods.
The Connections Cafe and Eatery will be located in World Celebration and is set to open sometime this spring, although no official opening date has been announced just yet.
This new dining location is labelled as a fast-casual quick service restaurant which is set to have a menu inspired by cuisines from around the world. Guests will be able to see chefs at work preparing a range of offerings including the French Bistro Burger, General Tso Chicken Salad and Pepperoni Pizza. It will also serve a range of deserts.
If guests are looking for a beverage they can head to Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company located at the entrance of EPCOT. The EPCOT International Flower And Garden Festival is currently underway and continues through July 4 which offers a huge range of food and drinks offerings.
We will keep you posted on the opening date for The Connections Cafe and Eatery at EPCOT as soon as it is announced. Are you excited for the opening of this new dining offering? Let us know your thoughts by leaving us a comment below or on our Facebook page.
