The festive season is nearly upon us and for Six Flags Great Adventure that means that their Holiday In The Park event will kick off for its seventh season. The Holiday In The Park event will operate on the following dates; Nov. 13 & 14, 20 & 21, 26 to 28; Dec. 4 & 5, 11 & 12, 17 to 19, 23, and Dec. 26 to Jan. 2.
Guests heading to Six Flags Great Adventure’s Holiday In The Park event in 2021 can enjoy Light Shows which will take place every 15 minutes in Merry Market Place, kids can visit Santa, the Winter Wizard will greet guests and master illusionist Doc Swan will bring magic to Deck the Halls whilst street entertainers ensure guests are happy as “Elves breakdance their way into their hearts.” Six Flags Great Adventure line up of coasters including Jersey Devil Coaster and Lil’ Devil Coaster will be available for guests to enjoy and the whole park is set to sparkle brightly with millions of glittering lights.
The Holiday in the Park Drive-Thru Experience is taking place for its second year and will operate Nov. 15 to 19, 22 to 25, and 29 & 30; Dec. 1 to 3, 6 to 10, 13 to 16, 20 to 22, 24 & 25, and Jan. 3 to 9. Guests can enjoy ten themed sections from the comfort of their vehicle beginning at Kingda Ka and ending near SUPERMAN. Guests will glimpse the Winter Wizard and can extend their experience by then getting out of their car to visit the Merry Market Place.
Park President John Winkler said “Holiday in the Park and our Drive-Thru Experience deliver world-class entertainment for all ages and unparalleled thrills that only Six Flags Great Adventure can provide,”. He also remarked saying “Both events provide a way for families to enjoy the spirit of the holidays while making lasting memories together.”
Within these Holiday In The Park dates there will be other events taking place for guests to also enjoy including the Holiday Wine Fest on November 13 and 14 which features coasters, food and crafters. The Holiday Food Drive will take place on November 20 and 21 where non-perishable foods will be collected in the theme park’s outer mall prior to park entry to help Fulfill. Guests who bring at least six items between the hours of 1 and 4 pm will receive a free ticket to the Holiday Craze Mirror Maze.
For those of you looking to ring in the New Year at Six Flags Great Adventure, the New Year’s Eve Fireworks including festive music will take place at 9pm and are free with park admission.
