Mere moments after Walt Disney World lifted their outdoor mask requirement, SeaWorld Orlando became the final major theme park in Orlando to lift outdoor mask requirements, saying in a statement that face coverings will no longer be required for guests at SeaWorld Orlando who are fully vaccinated in accordance with CDC guidance.
The park will not require proof of vaccine, but is “asking our guests to respectfully comply with our revised policy”. All SeaWorld park employees will be required to continue to wear face coverings in all areas at this time.
This new policy is also going into effect at SeaWorld San Antonio, which has also seen local mask mandates lifted. However, in California where the state and local guidance mandates face coverings, all guests at SeaWorld San Diego will still be required to wear face coverings until further notice.
This new policy goes into effect immediately, and guests can learn more about other health and safety measures at SeaWorld Orlando at the park’s official website here.
