Last month Disney announced a limited time “After Hours Boo Bash” special-ticket event, that will run select nights August 10-October 31 at the Magic Kingdom. And though this new event will have a lot in common with the former Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (Trick-or-Treating, character appearances), one big difference is that there are currently no shows, parades or fireworks planned for this event, making it a bit scaled down from what guests may have expected from the Magic Kingdom’s annual fall event. However, it has been confirmed that, similar to other “After Hours ” events, the Boo Bash will also include complimentary ice cream novelties, popcorn and select beverages for attendees, which is a nice little extra for 2021.
Tickets will go on sale for this event June 15, and will start at $129 – $139, plus tax for August and September nights, $159 – $169, plus tax for October nights, and $199, plus tax for Halloween. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can get special discounts on select dates, and guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels can enjoy an early booking window beginning June 8.
Guests who purchase tickets to this event will not need a Disney Parks Pass reservation to visit the Magic Kingdom during the After Hours Boo Bash, and can enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 7:00 PM on event dates in advance of the 9:00 PM (or 9:30 PM) start time for this three hour event.
