Though the majority of Walt Disney World theme parks are currently at capacity for the next several weeks due to the Spring Break holidays, if you are still planning to visit the parks in the coming weeks, some new discounts have been announced that you may want to take advantage of:
- Annual passholder water park ticket discount: Now that Blizzard Beach has reopened Disney is offering a discounted price for annual passholders of $49 plus tax, which is a $20 saving for adults, and a $10 saving per child. Ticket must be used on or before December 31, 2021, and is good for the passholder as well as three guests. As a reminder, Blizzard Beach is the only theme park at Walt Disney World that does not require advance reservations, which means these discounted tickets can be used anytime!
- Fort Wilderness campground discount: Now through May 27, 2021, guests who want to stay at the Fort Wilderness Campground can save up to 20% on campsites for stays most nights only between April 11-May 27, 2021.
In addition to these new deals, Disney has announced that it will be sending free annual passholder magnets featuring the Orange Bird to active Walt Disney World annual passholders in early summer. The magnets are subject to two per household. Annual passholders to login their My Disney Experience account to make sure addresses and account information is up to date by March 31 to ensure they get their magnet this summer.
While new annual passes still are not able to be purchased, some are speculating that as capacity restrictions are eased at Walt Disney World, we could see the return of annual passes for purchase later this year, potentially as soon as this summer.
