Disney has confirmed that the newly-reworked Finding Nemo show will be named Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!. This show will be coming to the Theater in the Wild at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in 2022, and will be set in the timeline of the Finding Dory film, incorporating events from the sequel. Fan-favorite songs from “Finding Nemo the Musical” will return in this new version of the show, including “In the Big Blue World” and “Go with the Flow.”
Disney also re-confirmed that the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular is returning to Disney Hollywood Studios in just a few weeks as well.
This news comes alongside the an nouncements that Fantasmic! at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the Festival of Fantasy parade at the Magic Kingdom would be returning in 2022. In addition, a refreshed castle forecourt show that celebrates the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World has also been announced to be coming in 2022.
No details have been released just yet about when in 2022 we can expect these new and returning entertainment options to debut, but hopefully we’ll learn more early in the new year.
