After rolling out at Walt Disney World last fall, it looks like Disneyland Resort will finally be getting its own version of Disney Genie, Genie+ and Lightning Lane as of Wednesday, December 8. Interestingly, the Genie+ upgrade will be a little bit more expensive on the west coast, costing $20 per guest, per day.
Individual Lightning Lane access at launch will be available for three attractions: Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Radiator Springs Racers, and WEB Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure. Cost for these individual purchases will range from $7-$20 per ride, and guests are limited to purchasing two per day.
PhotoPass downloads are included with Genie+ purchases at Disneyland Resort, but AR filters are not. Guests will not be able to book return times for individual Lightning Lane access or Genie+ reservations until they physically enter the park.
Currently there is no special pricing available for Magic Key holders, and there are no advantages for on-site hotel guests.
