UPDATE September 22 – Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle has returned to Universal’s Islands of Adventure and is being shown on select nights until October 31, 2022. From reports online the return of this show has been warmly welcomed by guests at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. September 14 – Fans of Harry Potter will have been eagerly awaiting news of when Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle will return to Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Well, it has now been confirmed on the official Universal Orlando website that this popular show will return on select nights between September 16 – October 31, 2022.
Located in Hogsmeade in Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Dark Arts at Hogswarts Castle combines lights and music in an exciting spectacle where images of Death Eaters and Dementors alongside Lord Voldemort cloak the stone walls of Hogwarts Castle as darkness falls.
Based on the fact that it clearly states this show will be performed until October 31, 2022 we are assuming the show will then be unavailable again from November 1. We are hoping that if the show proves very popular amongst guests that Universal may decide to extend the run through November and beyond.
