After Club Cool closed back in 2019 to make way for the construction of a new central area of EPCOT, Disney announced that this fan favorite would be back in a new location later on that would “celebrate Coca-Cola in a fresh new way, while keeping the fan-favorite experience that invites you to explore tasty drinks from around the world.” And now it looks like this updated location will be opening very soon, alongside the upcoming Creations shop merchandise store.
Imagineer Zach Riddley shared in a recent post some cool new details about this new location, noting that “The Club Cool marquee uses our EPCOT World Bold font and looks amazing in bright Coke red! The façade was inspired by classic green-hued glass Coca-Cola bottles and features the iconic Coca-Cola logo fully integrated into this dynamic design.” You can check out a photo below:
Both the updated Club Cool and the new Creations Shop will be located in the front of the park (where MouseGears used to be) and will be part of a new neighborhood at the entrance and center of the park, called World Celebration.
No specific opening date has been announced for the reimagined Club Cool or the Creations Shop, but we should learn more in the coming weeks as Disney prepares to get these new experiences ready for their official debut in the near future.
