Hype is certainly building for the upcoming opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind which will officially open at EPCOT on May 27, 2022.
We have been fed various nuggets of information over the last few weeks, including the height restriction which will be 42 inches. The attraction is labelled as being for kids, tweens, teens and adults on the official website. It sits in between Big Thunder Mountain which has a height restriction of 40 inches and Expedition Everest at 44 inches.
There has also been a video released showing the ride layout and we have seen photos and a video of the load station. We know that the name of the gift shop will be ‘Treasures Of Xander’ and now we have been treated to photos of the outfits that cast members will be wearing as they invite us into the Wonders of Xandar.
Disney Imagineer, Zach Riddley has released a number of photos on Instagram to show off these costumes. The post is embedded below.
The cast members are said to be emissaries of Xandar as members of the Nova Corps and will be in character during the attraction to make the experience really come alive for the guests.
