The National Hurricane Center has been tracking Hurricane Idalia for the past few days and it is now becoming clearer that Tampa could well be affected.
Busch Gardens has issued a statement on their social media channels stating that a decision has been made to enact its Named Storm Policy and will close Busch Gardens Tampa from 3pm Tuesday August 29 and remain closed Wednesday August 30. Busch Gardens should reopen on Thursday August 31. Adventure Island will be closed Tuesday August 29 through Thursday August 31 and is set to reopen on Friday September 1.

Guests are encouraged to continue to follow Busch Gardens social media channels for further information regarding reopening. They released this information:

At the time of writing Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort appear to be opening as usual.
