Theme Park Fans in the UK have been eagerly awaiting news of when they will finally get to experience Thorpe Park’s new attraction, ‘Black Mirror Labyrinth’ which was originally planned to open in Spring 2020 but had to be postponed due to COVID-19.
It has been officially announced on Thorpe Park’s website that ‘Black Mirror Labyrinth’ will open on 21st May. This may disappoint some fans who were planning a visit earlier than this as the park opens on 12th April for the 2021 season.
‘Black Mirror Labyrinth’ is boasted to be the World’s first live Black Mirror experience and is expected to be a thrilling addition to Thorpe Parks line up. It will replace the seasonal attraction, ‘The Walking Dead: Living Nightmare’.
Thorpe Park haven’t released many details about what guests can expect but have said that there will be “cutting-edge visual technology and sensory-defying environments” It is described as being “a hypnotic maze which has an uneasy truth that manipulates and displaces your very existence”.
The new attraction is described on the official Thorpe Park website as:
