Many Disney fans have been eagerly awaiting the news that Walt Disney World Annual Passes will be back on sale. Since Walt Disney World reopened in July 2020, after almost three months of closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the resort has not sold Annual Passes for new guests, only allowing those current passholders to reactivate passes or purchase day tickets to the theme parks.
Disney confirmed last week that they will once again begin selling new annual passes very soon, ahead of October 1, when the resort’s 50th anniversary celebrations kickoff.
We currently don’t have pricing or final details on the options that will be available but this is exciting news for many who have been waiting patiently to have the opportunity to purchase a Walt Disney World annual pass.
Earlier in August Disney announced the Disneyland Magic Key Annual Pass Replacement Program, are we likely to see options similar to this when Disney outlines details of the Walt Disney World annual pass program?
