As COVID-19 cases continue to surge in the Sunshine State, there are legitimate questions being asked about whether theme parks in the state should continue to operate under the circumstances. However, while most theme parks are open, theme park tourists who visit Florida have a unique opportunity to save some serious money while visiting SeaWorld, Universal Orlando Resort and more with the deepest discounts we’ve seen in over a decade.
Universal offering two days additional free admission for guests who purchase a two day ticket
Universal has debuted a new offer that allows guests to get 2 days additional free admission with the purchase of a two day (or longer) ticket by August 13, 2020. And interestingly, Universal is offering a pretty generous redemption period, as these tickets do not expire until December 17, 2021 and have no blockout dates. The cheapest two-day, two-park tickets can now be purchased for $234.99, and guests can add on Volcano Bay for an additional $40.
Florida residents can also buy a day, get a 2nd day free during the month of July. These tickets cost $174 and must be purchased by Jul. 31, 2020 and used by December 18, 2020
Universal offering free additional months for new annual passholders
The savings don’t stop there for Universal Orlando Resort, as guests who purchase a Universal Orlando Resort annual pass between now and September 30, 2020 will get 3 months free on any pass, no matter whether it is paid in full or paid through the monthly Flexpay plan.

It looks like, as of right now Universal is still planning on holding their annual Halloween Horror Nights event beginning September 10th, and now annual passholders can take advantage of a special hotel and ticket bundle that even includes a commemorative pin! These packages start at $65 per person, per night (based on a family of four).
SeaWorld offering free and discounted additional day tickets
Like Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando is offering big discounts on multi-day tickets, with guests now able to purchase a 2-Park date-specific ticket and get a second park added free. The price for this promotional ticket is $115.01, with tax included. Guests who want to upgrade to three parks can upgrade their tickets for a total cost of $128.85, tax included
