Alton Towers, one of the UK’s top theme parks, is renown for it’s Scarefest Halloween event. Scarefest 2021 is running 8th-10th, 15th-31st October 2021 and tickets are now on sale. On these dates the park doesn’t close until 9pm so guests can experience the rides in the dark including Wicker Man.
This year’s Scarefest event will be home to four multi-award winning scare mazes; Freak Show: Toxic Junkyard, Darkest Depths, The Attic: Terror of the Towers and Altonville Mine Tours: Uncover the Legend of the Skin Snatchers, as well as a new attraction, Trick o’ Treat Town which is an interactive walk through where everyday is Halloween.
The Alton Towers Dungeon will be further spookified to provide extra scares and chills for the Scarefest event. Guests can also enjoy ‘Garden Lights Walk: Whispering Souls’ where the gardens come to life in a spooktacular way and younger guests will be entertained by the CBeebies Monster Ball and the Freaky Fun Zone characters and shows.
Tickets are now on sale for the Scarefest event through the Alton Towers website. Here is a breakdown of prices:
- Day passes – from £34 online
- 4 Scare Mazes – £30 online
- The Trick O’Treat Town – £10 online
- The Alton Towers Dungeon tickets – £8 online
The Scarefest tickets can be added in the extras section of the ticket booking process on the Alton Towers website as well as Fast Track if you choose to purchase it. Bronze Fastrack starts at £30 for 4 select attractions, Silver Fastrack is £50 for the Big 6 attractions, Gold Fastrack includes 13 attractions including Wicker Man and Platinum Fastrack gives you unlimited attractions all day for £105.
