Disneyland regularly offers discounted rooms to Annual Passholders. The current offer, which is valid until December 23, 2009 gives rates starting at $149 per night at Paradise Pier.
To book, call (714) 956-6425 and ask for Annual Passholder rates (booking code AP8). Although the current offer will expire, it is worth asking regarding discounts for later dates as Disney does not always publicise available discounts.
