Disney’s Blizzard Beach has been closed since the beginning of 2022 for refurbishment. It was initially thought that it would reopen ready for Spring but it now looks like that won’t be the case.
Based on the Walt Disney World calendar it now looks like we won’t see Disney’s Blizzard Beach reopening until at least May.
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon opened on January 2, 2022 after being closed since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. It unfortunately had a bumpy start to its reopening with numerous days of closure in January and February due to extremely cold weather.
