Genie+ Lightning Lane Individual Attraction Prices go up for the Weekend

Though Walt Disney World’s 40-attraction Genie+ upcharge has a fixed price of $15, the individual attraction passes for rides like Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, and the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train feature dynamic pricing, which will change based on guest levels and demand.

Based on the availability of these individual attraction passes, it seems safe to say that these individual purchases have been fairly popular, which is likely why, heading to the first weekend of Genie+ availability, prices for almost all attractions that use this service (with the exception of Expedition Everest, which is staying at $7 and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, which has topped out at the current maximum of $15) have gone up slightly. Here’s a full rundown of the price changes:

  • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train: up to $12 from $10
  • Space Mountain: up to $9 from $7
  • Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure up to $11 from $8
  • Frozen Ever After up to $11 from $9
  • Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway up to $10 from $8
  • Avatar Flight of Passage: up to $14 from $11

Since the Genie+ Lightning Lane individual attraction pass prices are based on demand, we’d expect these prices to likely fluctuate more in the days and weeks ahead, with lower prices on the weekdays and higher prices on the weekend.

What will be very interesting to see of course is what will happen with these prices seasonally (will every attraction be $15 during the holiday period) or whether the current $15 maximum will stay in place for long.
