Though Disneyland Resort’s theme parks are remaining closed for the time being, it has been confirmed that more of Disney California Adventure will be opening soon as part of a new hard-ticket food and beverage event next month.
This event will be offered multiple days a week and will allow guests to walk around most of the park, eating at outdoor dining areas situated in many of the park’s iconic lands (even though, as you might imagine, all attractions will be closed). And best of all, this new special event will bring about 1,000 Cast Members back to work.
Right now this event doesn’t have a name or price point, but Disney has promised that more information will be released in the coming weeks while plans for this upcoming event are finalized.
While no attractions will be open during this special event, many Disney fans may be secretly hoping for the new Avengers Campus land to be available to walk through during this experience, as this land is all but ready to go and Disney could in theory have some socially distanced characters greeting guests as part of this event.
