These are very exciting times for Universal fans as work appears to be steaming ahead on the Jurassic Park Coaster at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. It was less than a couple of weeks ago that new construction photos were posted and we could clearly see the completed track installed and there appeared to be a lot of rock work and greenery as well.
This week another set of amazing construction photos have been uploaded online to thecoasterkings.com, including one where what looks like a wrapped raptor is being carefully maneuvered by a crane.
You can get a real insight into what guests have in store from the masses of photos. The report states that the trains have now arrived. You can clearly see the huge amounts of theming, the two first half inversions and also other very exciting elements featured in the second half of the ride.
This ride is going to be just awesome. Let us know what you think about this new coaster by leaving a comment below or on our Facebook page. We will keep you posted on scheduled opening date which we had thought might be in early 2021, however with the current COVID-19 pandemic we will have to wait and see.
If you are heading to Islands of Adventure, great views of the Jurassic Park Coaster can be seen from the U-Rest area at the front of the park.
