Key Information
Housed inside a recreation of the Carthay Circle Theatre, the Carthay Circle Restaurant forms part of the new Buena Vista Street entrance area. The original theatre hosted the premiere of Walt Disney's "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" in 1937, and the dining location is designed to place guests into a post-screening atmosphere.
The Carthay Circle Restaurant's menu is made up of contemporary Southern California dishes, accompanied by locally-brewed beer and wine. It is helmed by Chef Andrew Sutton, who also runs the Napa Rose restaurant at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel.
The restaurant's lunch menu features a variety of dishes designed to celebrate the cultural diversity of Southern California. The dinner menu offers heavier meals, along with seasonal desserts.
